Q:   How can I view the status of my order?
A:   Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.  Another way is to click Service at the top menu and type in your confirmation number.

Q:   What are your shipping costs?
A:   You only pay shipping ONCE! No matter how many stickers you buy. It's usually either $1.50 for stickers and $2.00 for die-cut decals depending on the size and only California pays state tax (sorry CA, hey, I have to pay it, too). You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart AND your final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before finally confirming your order.

Q:  What are these stickers and decals made of?
A.  Buzzy's stickers and decals are made right here in California of high quality cast or calendared vinyl, which means it is durable, tough, waterproof, very flexible and looks beautiful for a long time. UV resistant.
