Quiksilver Eddie Would Go sticker. Eddie Aikau was a surfer and waterman who set off from a disabled boat with passengers on his board to go for help and who was never seen again. Aloha noooo, Eddie. Eddie Aikau went for help with little thought to himself. The saying arose in Hawai'i Eddie Would Go. A contest was formed in his honor, sponsored by
Quiksilver clothing company.
The Aikau family is well known on the Islands, Eddie's brother Clyde being a famed, if somewhat grumpy, Hawai'ian Beach Boy, participating in a longstanding Waikiki tradition. Take a surf lesson from a living legend - look up Clyde when you're in Oahu. Ask any local where he is, they'll probably know. And if you do take a lesson, be honored - this guy has tackled and conquered waves most of us pee a little just looking at.
This Quiksilver sticker is in very good condition. It's from the 2005-2006 Eddie Would Go Quiksilver surf contest on Oahu. A few slight bends, no creases, no dirt. We have a pretty good return policy. Send it back like we sent it to you and we'll pay refund plus all shipping if you don't like it. Purchased from an Oahu local surfer. About eleven inches long.
